What Homeowners Ask

Questions about Our Remodeling and Construction Services

Do you take single-trade or handyman projects?

No. We take full-scope projects only. Each one covers every trade, from the first permit to the final inspection.

What if my project crosses more than one service?

It runs as one project on one schedule. A basement finish that adds an internal ADU is one example. Choose the closest match when you request a consultation, or select Not sure yet.

Do you build for investors?

Yes. Renovations and remodels on investment property are planned the same way as owner-occupied projects. The request form has an Investment Property option. ADU rules differ when the owner does not live in the home. We confirm them for the address first.
