Riverton Remodeling and Permit Questions
Does Riverton require full plans to finish a basement?
No. The city's basement requirements call for only a basic plan for a basement finish permit. We prepare that plan for you.
Do I need a Land Disturbance Permit in Riverton?
Yes, for new construction. The city's building page says this includes accessory structures, additions, in-ground pools and spas, and walkouts. Riverton's Stormwater Division issues it before the building permit is approved. We file the application with the division alongside the building permit submittal.
