Allegiant Construction is a licensed and insured Utah B100 General Building Contractor and E100 General Engineering Contractor based in West Jordan. We build full-scope remodels, basement finishes, additions, ADUs, custom homes, and commercial projects across eight Northern Utah counties.

We hold every project to one standard, whether it is a bathroom remodel or a new custom home, and carry each one through design, permitting, construction, and closeout.
A project begins with a written scope, schedule, and estimate. Most projects are built on open-book, cost-plus terms, with the contractor's fee agreed in writing before construction starts.
Every proposal we deliver includes our four Signature Guarantees: Investment Certainty, Schedule Certainty, Same-Day Communication, and Progress Reports.

Our process runs in three phases: design and preconstruction, construction, and completion and closeout. Our warranty follows: one year on work and materials, beginning at substantial completion.
